About Us
We believe continuous improvement should be continuous—and actually fun.
At Kaizen Kit, we’re on a mission to make Lean and Continuous Improvement hands-on, human, and habit-forming. No more dusty binders, dry lectures, or abstract theory. Just real tools, real progress, and real momentum—delivered monthly.
Each Kaizen Kit is a themed box packed with everything you need to not just learn CI concepts, but live them. We help individuals, teams, and organizations apply Lean principles in practical, visual, and engaging ways—one kit at a time.
Whether you’re just starting your Lean journey or you’ve been doing this for years and need a fresh spark, Kaizen Kit is here to meet you where you are and help you take the next step.
Meet the Founders
Brian DeVries is a Six Sigma Black Belt, CI coach, author, and long-time leader in the continuous improvement space. With years of experience helping teams cut waste, solve problems, and build better cultures, he’s seen it all—except a good excuse for why Lean has to be boring. Kaizen Kit is his answer: engaging tools that make improvement stick.
Allison DeVries is a Six Sigma Green Belt, creative force and business owner behind Kaizen Kit. She brings the visual magic and marketing savvy to Kaizen Kit, making every unboxing experience as inspiring as it is practical. From graphic design to user experience, she ensures each kit feels as good as it functions.
Together, Brian and Allison are blending strategy and style, logic and creativity, Lean and actual joy. Their goal? Help more people improve more things, in more places with fewer PowerPoints and way more “Aha!” moments.

Why We Exist
We started Kaizen Kit because we saw a gap between Lean theory and Lean practice.
Between good intentions and actual follow-through.
Between knowing what to improve… and knowing how to start.
Kaizen Kit bridges that gap. One small improvement at a time.
